We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds work for our digital products and sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what we said it would, you are entitled to a remedy. Depending on the problem, that may be a repair (a corrected file), a replacement, or a refund.

Change of mind

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, we are generally unable to offer a refund simply for change of mind once the files have been downloaded. Please read the product description, the feature list, and the FAQ carefully before buying, and email us with any questions first. We are happy to help you choose the right workbook.

If something is wrong

If your files will not download, will not open, or do not work as described, contact us within a reasonable time and we will make it right. In most cases we can fix the issue quickly by resending a working file. Where we cannot, you are entitled to a refund in line with the ACL.

How to request a remedy

This policy does not limit or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
